Log every set. Watch it add up.
OP Fitness is progressive overload, tracked: a training log for lifters who write their own programs. Log strength and conditioning work exactly as you did it, run your blocks and programs from the same place, and see your records, estimated maxes and trends build week by week.
Or try the 1RM calculator: no account needed, and it works offline.

Log it the way you wrote it
Ramps, a top set, back-offs, supersets, complexes, clusters, holds and conditioning: each goes in as you'd write it in a notebook, with RPE, RIR, tempo, rest, bands, chains or a vest when there were any.
One lift at a time, at the bar
The focus view puts the exercise you're on front and centre, with what you did last time beside it. Each new set starts from the one before, so most sets are a tap, and the rest timer starts the moment you log it.

Run the block, not just the session
Plan a block around the lifts that matter, each with a goal or a program: P.O.E.M., Smolov Jr, Smolov, Coan/Phillipi or a linear progression. Home opens on the block you're in: each lift graphed week by week, how far it is to its goal, and what's next.

See the trend, not the noise
Chart top load, estimated 1RM, volume, reps or time for any exercise. A trend line follows your training over weeks, so one bad day doesn't hide a good month.
Every rep max on one grid
For each barbell lift, your heaviest weight for every number of sets and reps you've done, from 1 × 1 to 5 × 5 and beyond. A new best clears away the ones it beats, so the grid only shows what still stands. The front squats in your clean complex count too.
Show your work
Every session gets a report: each lift against last time, the records you set and a chart of the main lift. Save it as an image, or send a link anyone can open, no account needed. Delete the link and it's gone.
Train like you're OP.
Built for one athlete: you. No coaching tiers, no team dashboards, nothing to pay for that you won't use. Just your training, kept properly, and the numbers to show it's working.
