Terms of use
The terms for using OP Fitness. By making an account or using the site and apps, you agree to them.

Your account
You must be at least 13 to make an account. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what's done with it.
What you log is yours
Your training log, notes and anything else you put in stay yours. You let us store, process and show them to you, and to the people you choose to share them with, only as far as running the service needs. The privacy policy says how we handle them.
If you write articles for the site, you let us publish them, with your author name and bio, for as long as they're up. You must have the right to everything you upload.
Use it fairly
Don't use OP Fitness to break the law, to get at other people's accounts or data, to overload or interfere with the service, or to publish anything unlawful, hateful or that isn't yours to publish. We may remove content, or close an account, that does.
Training is at your own risk
OP Fitness is a log and a set of calculators, not a coach, doctor or physiotherapist. Estimated maxes, program weights and other numbers are estimates from what you enter and well-known formulas; they can be wrong for you. Nothing here is medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, and lift within what you can do safely.
The service
We work to keep OP Fitness running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or take away features. If we ever shut it down, we'll give notice first.
The site shows ads. OP Fitness is free today; if paid plans come, we'll say what they cost and what they include before anything is charged.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for injury from training, for lost data or for indirect losses from using or being unable to use OP Fitness. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be signed away.
Ending it
You can stop using OP Fitness at any time, and have your account deleted by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date. For a change that matters, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
