Linear progression
The same sets and reps every time, with the weight going up by your jump. Put in where you start, the jump and the rest to see where it goes.
About Linear progression
A linear progression, the simplest program there is: the same sets × reps every session, the weight up by your jump each time all of it was done, and the same weight again when it wasn't.
Set the sets, reps and starting weight, how much to add and how often (each session, or each week), and the rest: between sets, or start to start (e3:00). Anything else about how you run it, like warm-ups, back-offs or when you'd reset, goes in its notes.
Enter your starting weight to see where it goes.
